Trustamp has no accounts — your data is associated with an anonymous device identifier, not your
name or email. You can ask us to delete the data linked to your device at any time.

How it works
Open the Trustamp app, go to the My tab, and tap your Device ID to copy it.
Paste it into the box above and tap Request deletion. Confirm the warning.
Your email app opens a pre-filled message to us — just send it.
We confirm receipt and delete your associated records within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we remove the records tied to your device identifier:
Your anonymous device identifier
Witness records: capture time, location, address, watermark text, and device metadata (make, model, app and OS version)
Crash diagnostics associated with your installation (via Firebase Crashlytics)
Your photos and videos are never stored on our servers, so there is nothing of yours to
delete there — they remain only on your device, under your control.
What may be retained
We do not retain personal data after a deletion request is completed. We may keep aggregated,
non-identifying records (for example, total counts) that cannot be linked back to you. If a longer
retention is ever required by law, we'll state it here.
